In our fragmented world, there are so few spaces where we are invited and encouraged to show up as our whole selves: mind, body, and spirit. My yoga practice and the classes I teach create that precious space.
 

I studied classical and contemporary styles of dance in my youth and have always found joy and grounding in moving meditation. I have had a regular asana practice for over 10 years and have always noticed how good yoga made my body feel. But as I ventured down my spiritual path, I woke up to how my inner world changed through my practice. I am grateful for all the lessons from my mat, and how they inform my life off the mat as well.

 

In 2013 I completed the 200- hour Yoga Teacher Training at Inner Strength Studios, and now I get great joy out of sharing the message of yoga in the studio and also at my full time job as a Speech Language Pathologist in a hospital. Mindfulness, breath, and meditation are profoundly healing both for people recovering from injury and for the rest of us! I'm so grateful for the opportunity to share my practice with the Black Crow Community. See you on the mat!

  • All Levels Flow to Music
  • Vinyasa Flow yoga to music is a vigorous, athletic style of yoga. We focus on connecting breath to movement through a continuous sequence of postures. We stretch and strengthen our body, mind, and spirit!

    We practice heated, not hot yoga. The studio is heated to approximately 80-85 degrees. It will feel comfortably warm, allowing you to safely stretch deeply, and you'll sweat from the athletic nature of the yoga. You'll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

    Classes are set to music and teachers prepare their own playlists to reflect their unique styles.


  • 11.23.17 Flow Before the Feast
  • Join us for our annual Thanksgiving morning practice! The Flow Before the Feast is an energizing, playful Flow to Music that will leave us centered and refreshed, ready to begin our holiday celebrations!

    Class will be appropriate for all levels of experience, and beginners are always welcome. Online pre-registration is required. Sign up early, as this popular class will fill up!

    Each class is a unique experience. Our teachers have a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. Classes will vary to reflect the unique style and personality of each teacher. That's the beauty of flow yoga!

    Class is appropriate for all levels of experience and beginners are always welcome. If you are new to yoga or have an injury or limitation, please let the teacher know so he/she can offer modifications and give you extra support.
